The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

De todas formas, aceptamos un cambio si no estás satisfecho con tu compra, siempre que las piezas no hayan sido usadas y estén empaquetadas como se recibieron en su envoltorio original en los plazos marcados en nuestras Políticas de la Tienda.

No. We try very hard to accurately and honestly represent the items for sale, however, a piece change can be offered (shipping costs will be charged) if you are not happy with your purchase. Items must be returned unused, strung as sold and in their original packaging within the time limits stated in our Shop Policies.
